Meet Susan Lyons

Susan is a serial entrepreneur and passionate teacher who lives each day to “have fun and create value.” Known as the “$26 Million Dollar Woman,” she owned and operated Colorado’s #1 mortgage company for real estate investors.  She participated in more than 600 real estate transactions and raised $26 million from private investment partners to fund acquisition and rehabilitation of distressed properties.

After closing her mortgage company in 2008, Susan built a real estate training company online that, after three short years, is valued at $5 million. Her passion for marketing and expertise in lead generation and high-converting marketing campaigns are second only to her quest to serve women entrepreneurs worldwide through philanthropy and mentoring.

Susan leads our Diva Money Club premium training which provides the tactics, tools, and “how to” that you need to go from $0 to $1M in your business.

Meet Shae Bynes

Shae considers herself the Chief Advocate for Freedom Chasers. After building multiple streams of income via real estate investing, online marketing, network marketing, she was able to successfully leave her nearly 11 year corporate career and $92,000 paycheck behind to focus on what she is most passionate about.

Shae now spends her time focused on helping others to create a vision, crush their debt, and get their side hustle on to earn greater income and make their jobs an option rather than a necessity.

Shae leads our Diva Money Club Divatude training which provides all of the intangibles that are too often ignored yet are critical for success. Her expertise is kicking your butt into gear, productivity, and silencing that annoying inner “Doubting Diva.”

• You’ll often find me in front of the Nintendo Wii playing with my hubby and daughters

• I am an undercover techie nerd (my undergrad degree is in Computer Science)
